With Firefox 151.0.4 on Linux Mint I can login to https://www.ftb.ca.gov/myftb/index.asp with username and password, then I get the message: "You may have pressed the back button, refreshed during login, opened too many login dialogs, or there is some issue with cookies, since we couldn't find your session. Try logging in again from the application and if the problem persists please contact the administrator. " . Accessing FTB with Chrome works.

I CANNOT log into my Facebook account since Firefox launched your VPN. I didn't sign UP for the VPN but I'm troubleshooting and the VPN launch happened at the same time I was denied access to Facebook. Can you FIX this problem????? It is infuriating!!!! I can SEE the page and friends can SEE the page which means it hasn't be LOCKED or deleted. I just can't access my own page - not with my phone # or email. I just get a 2-step authentication notice EVERY TIME I try to login and when I do try to log in, I get the "technical issue" notice. My page - https://www.facebook.com/SueCastner

I have been working on this since SUNDAY and I am the Press/Media liaison for a number of organizations. This SNAFU is going to get me fired if I can't get back on social media! There's GOT to be someone in your organization who can connect me with an actual human being to FIX THIS!!! PLEASE

Firefox is up to date, Windows 11.

I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

Can you give me some suggestions please?

For many years I have used Firefox as my browser with my homepage as nytimes.com. Beginning last week, Firefox will not open the nytimes.com website

Wise.com has informed me that something in the system is not allowing a CAPTCHA VERIFICATION. ONE SOLUTION THAT WISE HAS SUGGESTED IS TO CLEAR THE CACHE IN MY BROWSER. HOW CAN I DO THIS?

I have used gmail including calendar and contacts with Firefox for 5 years, suddenly contacts and calendar will not open, has a Firefox upgrade caused this problem?

There was nothing wrong everything was running perfect and smooth but then out of nowhere my youtube froze and I couldn't press anything on youtube tab, I could still close it or press the buttons on the sides/corners but on the youtube, it also doesn't refresh, this only happens on youtube and only on firefox when on other browsers, yes I unchecked hardware acceleration, I restarted my firefox many times, I cleared the cache, today I turned my adblockers too, i thought it turned into how it was before but then it froze again and now I couldn't even see youtube it was just black screen on that tab, like what do I do here, do I switch browsers? It eventually starts playing again after I wait for some minutes but I don't want that, I want it to work like how it did before this happened. Why did it even happen?!

I chose passwords and sign in, but there's more. You are already aware of the Facebook issues but there are others issues with this and I personally don't have time to tell you how to do your job. I have to keep up my production to keep my job. Your browser really cost me labor time. So, I would like to know do you recommend going back to a previous version until you fix this mess? OR... what ohter browser would you recommend as your replacement?

all of a sudden photos won't load when I try to attach them to a post on Facebook. The wheel keeps spinning. The photo goes there but won't finish or it disappears and says, Can't load

I'm experiencing a strange issue with Firefox. Some websites are not loading properly, including my own website, YT Thumbnails. In some cases, pages load partially, while other times they remain stuck loading or display missing content.

I've tried refreshing the pages, clearing the cache, and restarting the browser, but the problem still persists.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue in Firefox? Could this be related to browser settings, DNS, extensions, or network configuration?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

For about two weeks, most of the pages/websites that I use that require logins/passwords will not load (or take an extremely long time to load--like an hour or more). Gmail and sports stats app are okay...banking, credit cards, social media, online shopping are NOT. Websites that do NOT require a login (local news, The Weather Channel, my city website) have no trouble loading at all.

I have made no changes to my computer since about February. I'm running Windows 11 (up-to-date), and Firefox says that it is also up-to-date.

I am only experiencing this problem on my desktop (but that is my device of choice) and not on my laptops or smartphone.

When I start an email using the FF browser I'll type the address correctly but the text on the screen is gibberish. See attached photo. When I move the cursor to the subject line, the gibberish turns to plain text.

I can't copy it so I took a photo and attached it. I deleted Firefox and then reinstalled it. This did not fix the problem.

How do I fix this problem?
