I do not want ANY MORE "curated" news stories coming from CBS News on my homepage. How do I stop this?
I know how to get the Home website up, but what if I want to have another website open at the same time when Firefox opens?

My Hoepage is set to Firefox. In the center of that page is a Search box which I used always. Now when I try to type in it, my cursor shoots up to the top to the ADDRESS bar. I do NOT want to SEARCH from the address bar. I want to search in the Firefox search box. I also have Duckduckgo set up in that search bar. After the last 2 Firefox updates, I can no longer type my search in that box, but can ONLY search in the ADDRESS bar. Please help be restore the use of the Firefox Search box.

I have been using this site for a very long time, but, since lastnight (Tuesday January 27, 2026) everything is different. My Theme was gone, the sites I visit were not responding. Am I supposed to set up this page each time I want to use Mozilla? If this is the new normal, then I will not be here long.
