So, I need to download from another computer and copy the file to the Windows 7 computer. This doesn't work when you detect that the computer doing the download is a newer computer. How do I tell your system to give me the Windows 7 installer?

What am I missing? Is it using stored history for unrelated sites to guess at a user name, or is there some other hidden history I need to clear?

I have reinstalled Firefox and have my previous Recovery Key to get my bookmarks passwords but can not locate where to enter the recovery key to do this. All I can seem to find is how to create a recovery key, not where to enter an already existing recovery key. Please help.

I have a Brother DCP-L2550DW printer that is connected via a network cable. Any other browser, i.e. Edge or Chrome, seem to be able to connect and print just fine. Firefox fails to print and there is no information about why. I have checked Event Viewer, turned off all the extensions, tried the about:config to reset printer options. Every single suggestion I've found so far fails to fix it. I have a great deal invested in using Firefox (bookmarks, etc.) so I'd like to keep it as my default browser, but not being able to print is SO annoying. Any suggestions?
