"Send" button is gone, cannot open menu bar to fix

Send button is gone from email composition page, when opening menu bar to fix the issue it keeps disappearing. Please fix this as this is a business email that we need to be fully functional.

It is your computer. It is up to you to fix. Here is how. Press the alt key to make the menu bar appear. From the menu bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on. Send is on the Composition Toolbar.
