Hello.

I found the https://addons.mozilla.org page. I looked at the Themes. I was wondering if I can customize the colours or add any pictures to Mozilla Firefox and make my own Theme. Do I just go here?: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/theme/submit
