How do I change send button, just gone inactive,active, internet connected?

When you open a new Write message, the 'Send' button will appear to be in a paler inactive colour. Why?

Because you have not actually added any TO email addresses. So preventing you from trying to send a message that has no info to send to.

If you in 'offline' mode - Thunderbird restricted to not having access to internet to get new mail then you will see a 'Send Later' button instead of a 'Send' button.
