Audio/Video frequently goes out of sync. I can fix it by exiting FF and restarting it, but this is annoying because it usually has to be done one or more times every day.

I have been using Firefox to log into the Social Security site for years. Today, I am unable to log in, after trying several approaches. I switched to Chrome and was able to log in immediately. What has changed in Firefox?

Unrelated issue. On this page is an option to "share data." When I tried it, nothing showed up, but there was a link to explain how to do it manually. When I went back to this page, it was blank, and I had to start over again. Not good website design!

I have just reinstalled windows and then Firefox. If I click settings then a menu item it just freezes.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Using Windows 11 Pro 22H2.

I'm getting errors when trying to make online card payments with Firefox. Things like, Invalid card number, not being able to type number in box provided, (No Cursor). It works ok on some sites but not others. However, if I switch to the Edge browser all transactions work perfectly. This has been happening for some time (Windows 11). I'm thinking this could be a bug but not sure.

I use Firefox for Mac. Often when I want to click on a link or complete an on-line form, a long list of unwanted suggestions pops up and orevents me doing this. Only by hitting Escape can I get control back.

By the way, I don't want any solution which involves clearing the cache, as I value that help.

As of yesterday when I was running v119.0 I was able to screen capture streaming content from Hulu/Netflix etc, this morning after upgrading to v120.0 overnight, that capability is now lost. Video and still captures are just a black screen. Please fix!

I have been using Firefox Mozilla for many years. This morning it opened up fine. Then this afternoon (Dec 7, 2023) it would not open for me and when I try to open a new tab it says that it crashed.

I looked and I do have Firefox as my start up browser in my settings. Thank you for any advice on getting back to my favorite browser.

Hello! I need some help. Every since 4-6 months ago, Firefox has been extremely slow when I boot it up at first, with some page load times taking more than 10 minutes. Some fixes have seemed to work, but they never work permanently. From my testing, it is not the result of any extension and the issue persists in troubleshoot mode. What has not helped my testing is that, after enough restarts of Firefox, the problem goes away and web pages load quickly, so this has caused some false positives. Has anyone else had a similar problem they were able to fix? Should I try uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling it?

Firefox use a lot of CPU time ( it reaches 100% ) while watching youtube videos in 720p on Windows 10, and videos lags and stutters too much. Not using any ad blockers, non of plug-ins are on. It does work just fine on Ubuntu on the same machine Vids also were working fine on previous popular web browser known for its spyware

Using hardware acceleration is on in browser settings. Specs are: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz 4,00 GB x64 Windows 10 Home edition 22H2 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 635M

I tried to pay my Wells Fargo VISA bill online as I do every month. This morning it listed all my accounts correctly on the 'Accounts' screen, but when I clicked the options to transfer money, depending on the screen I was on, it gave a message "you do not have two accounts to transfer money from and to" (not the exact wording.)

I tried to use a different path to do the same thing, and on that screen it displayed the 'FROM' accounts correctly but the "TO" account area was blank.

I had to close Firefox, load Edge, and was able to transfer the money from the checking account and pay the VISA bill.

This has never happened before and I have done this transfer and pay operation every month for years. Something has changed in the browser and needs to be fixed.

Since snap firefox keeps crashing somehow, it just hangs.. i cleared cache and all, reinstalled it, but still.. ?

when I attempt to open firefox, a window opens: xul runner error: platform version 120.0.1 is not compatible. minversion>=119.0.1 maxversion<=119.0.1 If I click the "ok" button the screen goes back to my desktop.

My online pharmacy, connected to HumanaCenterWell, no longer opens in Firefox. A message "forgerock, redirect_uri_mismatch" appears. It did work until a few months ago and it does work on Google.

Firefox (x64 en-US) is our primary browser on 2 different computers: a desktop and an HP laptop. Within days of each other, both Firefox browsers on the two computers began crashing whenever we tried to use them. There has been no error message. Nothing we have done has helped, though we have only tried to fix it on the desktop. We have uninstalled it and reinstalled it on the desktop. We have refreshed the reinstalled version. We have opened it in Troubleshoot mode and it still crashed within 15 seconds. Below are the 4 most recent crash reports from today's crashes:

So I've noticed that after putting my computer to sleep, upon return Firefox will be unable to load any videos from seemingly any site. The temporary solution to this is to reset my computer as sign offs, locks or returning to sleep do not clear the issue. I've tested on different browsers/sites and can confirm that this is exclusive to firefox. I have booted firefox in troubleshoot mode, cleared my history and given the sites time to load with no luck on any of them.

Is there a solution to this?
