Most internet sites I go to open up at 120% - this page did - FB opens up at 84% Some of my programs, when opened, has text at top so small I can hardly read it with my glasses - Xara is an example. I can find no way to change any of this.

And, apparently not even on this site (see "feilds" above)!

I have tried troubleshooting mode and a clean profile with no addons.

At least on YouTube, I've noticed this issue for several months.

between this netflix error, this amazon alert, and youtube auto switching to 360p it's become increasingly difficult to access media. i've called netflix about this and they had no idea what the code was and have not gotten back to me with a resolution.

does anyone know what's causing these issues? is it just companies being hostile to firefox specifically or is something wrong?

i've cleared my cookies and cache, i've restarted several times, i've logged in and out of everything. i'm on version 120.0.1

Can someone please alleviate my sudden sudden onset of paranoia and tell me that this is what I suspect it is? That it's just your standard dev tools any user would have, and that a company could configure in deployment to work phones. I exceeded my IT tech talk comfort-level about 32 words ago, and now I'm faking it. I'll try to project confidence.

I don't believe I've ever used InTune on any personal device, but I have on work phones in the past. I mention InTune only because the last time I did use it to load company apps onto a personal phone was in 2016, and it would feel pretty creepy if this had managed to migrate across several years and several organizations to land on my new phone. And, to be clear, I really didn't get uncomfortable until I saw the apps under Flagfox, with an IP tracker, etc. I have a couple exes who have psycho exes; the kind who manipulate their child into putting a keylogger on their ex-wife's machines.

LoL... As soon as I hit Share Data, I see those apps bringing up my data to help you troubleshoot, thereby answering my question, but I'll post it anyway. Hopefully, someone gets a laugh out of it.

What would cause websites not responding. I have no malware and the cache is clean. Could it be in the properties, or whatever.

I'm getting errors when trying to make online card payments with Firefox. Things like, Invalid card number, not being able to type number in box provided, (No Cursor). It works ok on some sites but not others. However, if I switch to the Edge browser all transactions work perfectly. This has been happening for some time (Windows 11). I'm thinking this could be a bug but not sure.

Microsoft have recovered my data, which is bookmarks etc from an action performed by a Microsoft engineer, who inadvertently wiped my laptop. The file isn't readable to Microsoft, but it contains all my Firefox bookmarks etc. Would be nice to have all my bookmarks back.

Is there a Mozilla support desk I can send this file so it can be 'translated' into a readable file? Thanks

I use CCleaner>Options>Cookies to save cookies in certain containers. I see that Firefox uses userContextId to specify a container. Where can I find which userContextId NUMBER is assigned to which container NAME?

I have been having this issue with firefox for a while, where the developers options tab keeps opening up on its own, and closes on itself. I have attached a recording of the issue for better illustration. Many time I am unable to close it, it doesn't allow me to carry out my work when its up. My firefox is updated. Can anyone help identify what is the issue.

When I do a Google search, the icons/buttons for Web, Images, Shopping, etc. do not display correctly. I can only see the tops of the buttons. I tried disabling my plugins but that didn't help. I launched FF in troubleshooting mode and that still did not resolve it. So far, I've only found two ways to fix it. I can either view it in a private window or I can use the User Agent Switcher plugin to force it to Chrome. This is something that just recently started, probably beginning with v119 or even 119.01.

Since approximately July 2023, Firefox gives me a beachball and pauses for about 10 seconds whenever I change between it and another app, or between one Firefox window and another. The same behavior does not occur with other browsers, likewise whether my connection is WiFi or wired.

I have No Proxy set in Network Settings. I am running a 2021 M1 Max Macbook Pro on Ventura 13.5.2.

I would appreciate any advice on how to troubleshoot and fix. Thanks.

As Firefox was acting up I was going to uninstall and reinstall. It was suggested that I "refresh" it instead. Following that "refresh" my tabs bar is missing. How do I get it back? Also now the address bar is below the bookmarks bar. I can live with that but I need the tabs bar. FFOX 120.0.1 on Windows 11

Ever since I loaded 120.0.1 (64 bit) I have had problems accessing numerous sites. For example, https//HOn30.org. FIrst I get several "Having trouble ..." messages, and when it does come up it's a blank screen. I have had this happen wtih Library of Congree, eBay, and most sites from linking within another web site. I have tried playing with the "HTTPS mode" and the "DNS over HTTPS" to no avail. What changed with this version and how do I fix it. When I run a virus or add remover like Malware-bytes it considers the application a "PUP: Legacy" item and counts it as an item to be quarantined or removed. The count of items like this are adding numerous hits that keep growing. How can i stop this from happening?
