Why aren't the folders created in my bookmarks toolbar synchronizing from a machine to another?

I have inserted some bookmarks in my bookmarks toolbar, and they synchronize well. But I have also created some bookmarks folders in my bookmarks toolbar, and these folders do not synchronize. Why?
