i try this Disable virus scanning in Firefox preferences
Firefox launches your installed antivirus program to scan files when they finish downloading. In some cases this can cause a substantial delay or downloaded files may not be saved after the scan completes.
In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear. Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page. In the Search field, type browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone. Double-click on the browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone setting to change its value to false.
it's soved my problem :)

Whenever your opening a file directly from the server, it saves in TEMP folder not in download folder.
Download and open it
this is what happens: I download any file (.exe .docx , etc.) the download windows opens. If I go to open the download folder the file is there downloading. Now the minute the download finishes, the file disappears from the folder and if I go to the Download window to open it nothing happens and the Right Click, Open, and Open Containing folder options are greyed out. Edit: Go to Download Page is also grey.
