You have the desktop version of Outlook, e.g., Office Outlook? And you've saved the image to a file on your hard drive to upload it, or you are using copy/paste?

Sometimes when you upload a file that has the identical name Firefox will display the cached version of the file. Even if you change the name, if the server renames it with the same name, you may see the cached version.

To bypass Firefox's cache for this page, try these:

Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.

Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"

If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.

If you then reload the page, does it show the new image?

After you've solved that problem... The forum software detected your Firefox as version 21. Is that correct?

Version 21 is not secure; Mozilla discloses security flaws after each new release. Is something holding you back from upgrading to Firefox 23? Please let us know so we can suggest solutions or workarounds.

If Help > About Firefox shows Firefox 23.0.1, you may need to clear the preference that is misreporting your version number. See: How to reset the default user agent on Firefox.

jscher2000: Firstly thank you so much for your fast response. Yes I do have the desktop version of outlook 2010. I was posting this question as to help some ladies in the office :) As they are struggling with get a picture from one to the other. They went home as of now but I forwarded them your tips in hopes it works. As far as Firefox version we use it very little in the company for intranet mainly. And honestly I cannot tell you what version it is. I am sorry about that. Thank you again for your help, I will post tomorrow if this helps or not.
