It sounds like you're saying that the laptop is broken (sorry about that!), as in you can't access the data on the computer. Is this correct? If so, the only way to synchronize the bookmarks would be if you already set up Firefox Sync on that computer and made a backup of the Recovery Key: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-manage-my-firefox-sync-account#w_where-can-i-find-my-recovery-key If you never set up Sync, or if you did, but never backed up the Sync key, then I'm afraid there's no way to get the data back. :(
