20120221 since the last couple updates I cannot open a another tab when clicking the +tab

I always update when I receive notices, about 1st of February I updated and I could not open a tab when I click on the "+" tab.

HELP => Restart with addons disabled and choose to continue, don't check off anything. If you can now open a new tab then you have an addon extension that may not be compatible, etc. Could be Tab Mix Plus possibly.
