trouble installing Firefox

I would like to install Firefox on my Windows pc (running windows 7). I am currently using IE. When I go to download Firefox nothing happens.... the normal download ,run , etc to install a program never pops up. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Restart your PC Open IE Go to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ and download the latest release Choose Save As Save to your Desktop Close IE Go to Desktop and run Firefox installer
