Ever since I did an upgrade in Firefox approx 6 weeks ago the above happens and it is most annoying, I have uninstall both Firefox and Outlook but it has not solved the problem. The boxes are titled File Download, are approx 6.6kb in size and are different each time. I tried to paste a screen print here but this box does not allow a paste

I'm not sure if you figured this out but what I did to fix this is went to File->options. Clicked add ins, then clicked manage add-ins and disabled the Microsoft Outlook Social Connector add in.
