How to you change the font and its size on the header/footer (page setup)?

Page setup/settings-- When printing a website, how do you change the font and its size for the header and footer? The information doesn't print because it's too long, but if I could change the font to arial narrow and the size to 7 or 8, it would print everytime. Thanks!
