IE has an option to have internet temp files deleted at exit of IE. Does Firefox have the same setting I can select? How do I get to it.
I would like to have Firefox setup delete internet temp files when I close out the browser. Is there a way to do this. IE allows users to select that as an option thru Internet Options - Advanced Tab but i can not find the option on Firefox.

Firefox uses Cache regardless of the OS it is running on and it is not vulnerable to trojans or viruses like IE temp files can be.
To have Firefox clear the Cache on Firefox exit go to "Tools->Options->Privacy-> [v] Clear History when Firefox close -> [Settings] -> [v] Cache"

I have followed the above instructions for clearing cache automatically and have found that the cache is not being deleted on exit from Firefox. Clearing the cache manually appears to work (amount of cache goes to zero). However just closing Firefox does not result in the desired outcome. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
