Running FireFox 3.6.3, & I cannot update to version 4 or 5 !!!

I have downloaded the version 4 and version 5 files, but on execution, the update is stalling. I therefore have to go back every time to re-installing version 3.6.5, which re-install functions perfectly.

Uninstall FireFox 3.6.3 and clearly install Firefox 5.

Thank you, milance22, your tip worked. However I have to say that whilst FireFox is probably the best browser for the PC, their upgrading process is not so good. Now I am in the process of reinstalling all my add-ons, and I have just had a hard time importing my old bookmars. But thanks to you, I have now upgraded from version 3. Much appreciated.
