I live in CA, and I clicked the button to update to the latest version of Firefox, and now when I want to watch a program on ABC.com, the computer thinks I live in a foreign coutry. Why did this happen and how do I fix it?

Due to international rights agreements, we only offer this video to viewers located within the United States and its territories." Why did this happen and how do I fix it?
