My Logitech mouse does not zoom in correctly in Firefox with the scroll wheel. All other browsers are fine, only Firefox has this problem.

I have a Logitech M705 mouse, and it's functions include using the mouse wheel button to toggle zooming in and out of any page by using the scroll wheel. It works in every other browser except Firefox. I have reinstalled the drivers, to no avail. In Firefox, the zoom out does work OK in making everything smaller, but zooming in must be done by holding CTRL+mouse scroll...
