when highlighting a small white box appears in upper right corner, when I move the cursor over it a dropdown menue appears with search engines: wiki, search, video, reference, etc, in the new version that does not work and I can't find anything about it

Probably caused by the Google Toolbar extension - GTB6 which is an old version. The latest GTB7.1 version usually cause that tooltips glitch.
