Ah one of those junk Conduit toolbars. They can be a pain to remove sometimes.

http://tvbar14.ourtoolbar.com/help/ How do I uninstall the TV Bar 1.4 toolbar? Firefox users 

   In your browser menu, select Tools > Add-ons.
   Make sure the Extensions tab is selected.
   Select the TV Bar 1.4 toolbar.
   Click the Uninstall button.

I can’t uninstall the TV Bar 1.4 toolbar. 

   Visit the TV Bar 1.4 Community Toolbar's download page and reinstall the toolbar.
   Restart your computer.
   Uninstall the toolbar again.
