I am having trouble with line speed and download speed. My ISP has directed me to their speed test, which has to be done several times and submitted before they will investigate. I have tried to use the test several times on my networked pc and the flash player plugin will not complete the download of information. I have reinstalled Adobe flash player several times with no change. I have temporarily disabled my firewall with no change. I can use the speed test on a netbook connected by wireless to the same network
