removing live bookmark entries

The help file says you can delete a live bookmark, but not individual entries. Is there an add-on that will delete entries, or do I have to get used to seeing 42 lines of old topics? Thanks.

The items that you see in a live bookmark list are downloaded from the feed location as an XML file. Firefox shows all entries in that file in the drop down list of that feed.

The LiveClick extension has a hidden pref extensions.liveclick.maxFeedItems to set a maximum to the number od feed items that you see. LiveClick: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/2499

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the Enter key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.

Excellent! I had installed LiveClick, hoping it would limit the list, but I didn't know there was a configuration parameter. Now my list is manageable. Thank you very much.
