NewsGuard continues to block my Facebook posts despite removing the Add-On and removing Firefox and reinstalling it on my Mac.

I added NewsGuard as an add-on to my Firefox browser, and it blocks my Facebook posts, so I removed it following the instructions you provided. However, it continues to block my Facebook posts despite removing the Firefox browser and reinstalling it on my Mac. Help!
