Printer not printing to size. Printing gigantic letters. Have checked Brother printer, MacBook Pro and iphone 12 which all work. Possibly a recent update/configuration from Fiefox. Help!

I cannot adjust or manage the printing size when printing articles. Everything comes out huge and no longer fits the page. I have checked with Brother customer service, worked on my iphone 12 and MacBook Pro but cannot find issues to correct or resolve in any of those products. Am beginning to think a recent update or configuration from Firefox might be disrupting my printing process.
