Hi, the menu color scheme follows the text/background pattern of your toolbars. If the text color is white or light on a dark or black background, the menus will be themed to match. Compare these examples:

Dark text on toolbars => dark text on light background

Light text on toolbars => light text on dark background

Can you select a different toolbar theme to resolve the issue? See: Use themes to change the look of Firefox.
