Connection Settings on Firefox are greyed out due to Zscaler. Is there no way to not use system proxy settings?

I have Zscaler installed on my system, which forwards each request through a proxy server and it does a pretty good job.

Recently, it has also been blocking some good public discussion forums. I wanted to know if there is a way around using system proxy? I tried adding url patterns to No Proxy, but not working.

Zscaler uses a PAC file to configure proxy. Is there a way to use a different PAC file or change the same file to not filter out some url patterns?
