Get a 500 error trying to open PDF files from Outlook OWA

3 days ago, I started to get this error message when I try to download a PDF file for viewing. ErrorCode 500 ExceptionName "OwaHipRequiredException" FaultMessage "HipRedirectStartUpVerdict=LowCostHipRequired" IsTransient false ResponseCode "ErrorInternalServerError"

However, when I try to open/download/view the same document on my wifes firefox browser, it works fine. Any ideas why this happens?
