Firefox for Windows is not working
i have tried several times to download Firefox however the error message it gives is 'Sorry, Firefox can't be installed. This version of Firefox requires Microsoft Windows 7 or newer. Please click the ok button for additional information' I have a Windows 7 machine so i dont understand the error message.

Which version of Mozilla you are trying to install ?
It may required a different version of Windows 7 other than you have.
Example, You have is Windows 7, and may be, whatever version of Mozilla you are trying to install, it needs a Windows Service Pack.
Just checkout recommended OS version
Again, it may be the case.
i am not sure i know where to go to check the different versions as cant see it on the website.

yes that is one of the ones i used as well as on the main download page
