This atempt number 5, Where are my folders

All my folders are gone, where do I go to restore them ? I would like to organize my bookmarks , but I can not click and drag them to any position When I wanted to ask a question there were 8 or so choices, all of which did come close to the question I wanted to ask. When I found a page with some people having the same questions, the answers if any were not available to see As far as I can see Firefox may be good at many things, but the ability for a non geek person to get answers to any questions is a real challenge.
