The mail server responded: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local.. how can I fix that? I got a message so I know the client's email exist.... thanks .

Is there an error number? That is sometimes a clue.

This bounceback error message usually has an error number 550. A possible reason: person @ domain .com But emails should not actually going to that server because maybe the person is using a third party server eg: Google apps. Maybe the mail relay to google apps is not occuring. Hence you get the bounbceback error message.

Maybe the Mail Server currently running on their domain is set to handle emails for their domain. So when the scripts on your server execute, it sends it locally into the domain Mail Server instead of sending it out to eg: Google.
