Some of the fake FBI/Interpol pages can lock your browser.

This add-on can stop such pages; disallow Script Button {web link} The Disallow Script button looks like a letter "M" and the title is the Minus Script, drag and drop the button on a toolbar. If the button is not displayed then nothing operates, except rules for plugins.

Hi, it's a scam - ignore it. Mozilla/Firefox will never ask you to call them. If you had proceeded, they may well have asked you to enter an address into your browser which would have allowed them to take control of your computer and access your data.

More - Avoid and report Mozilla tech support scams.

Its a scam. I have encountered pages like these by chance and I use Linux.

Mozilla nor the Firefox web browser has any phone numbers for public to call.
