In addition to the Firefox Homepage, a blog page always opens every time I start. How do I get rid of it?
Here's the entire email address: http://weeklycomputingidea.blogspot.com - Weekly Computing Idea - Mozilla Firefox If I can't get this thing deleted I'm going to have to remove Mozilla Firefox as the bloog covers the left top of my screen and it's annoying to deal with EVERY DARN TIME!

You can check the home page setting:
- Tools > Options > General > Startup: Home page
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/How+to+set+the+home+page
Firefox supports multiple home pages separated by '|' (pipe) symbols.
If you do not keep changes after a restart or otherwise have problems with preferences, see:
Does this extra window appear any time you press the Home button? If it is only a problem with your desktop shortcut, you might want to make sure the unwanted address wasn't injected there.
Either:
- right-click the shortcut > Properties > Shortcut tab
- right-click the pinned taskbar button > right-click Mozilla Firefox > Properties > Shortcut tab
The target for Windows 7 should be no more and no less than the following:
32-bit Windows:
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
64-bit Windows:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
