Firefox losing GUI settings on power outage

So, i just had a power outage. Well, can happen. Turns out, Firefox decided to lose all my GUI settings. This can/should not happen. And apparently, there is no FAQ yet on how to restore this. So my question is: How do i restore my GUI settings?

By GUI settings i mean: 1. background picture theme thingy. 2. deleted buttons via classic theme restorer. 3. other settings (tabs below instead of on top for example)

bookmarks and tabs i had opened are still there.
