   Click the Reset Firefox button in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.

   To continue, click Reset Firefox in the confirmation window that opens.
   Firefox will close and be reset. When it’s done, a window will list the information that was imported. Click Finish

i am sorry but this didn't help me i had to wipe my entire frik'n pc

i tryed these things and what i said its crashing still

guys no one could have helped me i had to wipe my pc clean and re download everything so that was fun );( i hate hackers i created a way of hacking that only affects viruses and saves your computer i will call it Noantivirus it has not been released to the public yet.... its stonger than malwarebytes kasperski webroot microsoft safety scanner antirootkit AVG and etc. combined. Any malware will be identified it doesn't crash because it only takes one hundred viruses at a time and after you quarantine it and permanently delete it.you have to sign up for a hacking license on to hack if you hack someone if you hack someone and they report you your license is going to be banned and cost's you getting that same malware you used to hack that person. it doesn't interfere with other antivirus services. also if a hacker is unidentified we investigate and install onto there computer and delete the malware they use and block it from there use. Noantivirus is free too and that way you have protection for free we have been hacked so don't let pesky payments for protection bug you. and if we are hacked than that is the strongest hack in the world.

well its free and only can be downloaded on my webpage and they are both not released yet. i believe that everyone should be protected and punished and see how they like their own medicine XD

ok guys i am working on Noantivirus is about to release if nothing goes wrong and my webpage it will soon have a Cnet protected download in july maybe . so yeah guys be ready for fast pc's hackers hacked and phishers phished bruteforce hacking will have to be authorized for your passwords to be accessed if you ask it to do certain ones. now edmeister bablushaw and fredmcd i will eventually e-mail you guys the link for the download
