I've received a download claiming to be from Firefox which says it will update the Firefox videoplayer to the latest standard. Is this really from Firefox?

Lucky I didn't run it. Thanks! Strangely, I don't know where it came from, I didn't receive it as an email, it appeared as some kind of pop up when I opened Firefox.

If anyone out there wants to look at it, it's still in my wastepaper basket for now, so I could forward it.
