mozilla firefox is my browser, search engine, whatever. AOL is my homepage. when I open ANY site, an additional window pops open that has Mozilla Firefox on the upper left side with an ad on it which changes each time OR never loads anything at all and I "x" out of it. Then if I click to go somewhere else from my first site, it will open AGAIN and I have to close it. This goes on ALL THE TIME I'm using the internet. I have had people tell me how to check my POP UP instructions, it doesn't help. Nothing helps. PLUS, when I load a survey I want to take or open a business email, a line will drop down from above and say that Foxfire will not all this page to reload - and even if I press ALLOW on the right side, it will NOT allow that email to load properly so I can click links that I need to click! Please help me or I am going to have to go with some other one! Thank you.
