Do you access the page using iOS or the desktop one?
hello, Kiki I access the page on my computer. And this issue only occurs with Mozilla.
I moved your question to Firefox desktop, in that case.
I checked and couldn't get to the website as well. But seems like it's a server issue rather than Firefox. I found this from the Microsoft support site.
