My query is regarding Youtube HD extension in Firefox Android Browser. The browser supports max quality upto 1080p resolution. The query is I cannot watch Youtube video in 1440p , 4k resolution. What's the problem with the extension.

Similarly I use other browser on my phone i.e. Vivaldi browser. On Vivaldi browser I can watch Youtube videos in 1440p , 4k resolution.

Where is the mobile Firefox extensions folder to put the .xpi files for mobile Firefox? I have been waiting for over a decade for such basic support, I am about to abandon Android forever.

Where can I find the extension for Grammarly. I hate it; can't go to extensions just add-ons. Please don't offer it as part of Firefox. It doesn't like you to use a semicolon; wants you to use a full sentence instead of Correctly using a semicolon. Stupid addition!

I have no idea what I'm doing. It's really confusing and frustrating.

Hello everyone, there is a feature that Samsung internet uses (and for the most part almost every app on iOS) called "back to top". With the introduction of add-ons I was hoping you could allow us to download an add-on that has similar functionality or Firefox could introduce this feature natively.

I find this feature quite important since you could be knee deep into an article, novel or webtoon and have the need to back to the top of the page (which can be as easy as pressing the home key on PC).

Hopefully there is a solution to this, I didn't think I'd miss it swapping from a browser that has it but I really do.

I think it was Firefox 52 or somewhere around the time that Firefox 52 came out, there was an addon that allowed users to spoof their device. I could make my Android phone appear to various websites, to be a Computer, a Tablet, an iphone, etc. Does Firefox still have that Addon? If so, how can I download it? If not, does anyone know where I might find a similar one?

I recently downloaded Firefox for Android on my Android 13 device but as I tried opening the menu for the add-on, nothing was found. No supported add-ons were there in the list. I tried doing so from Mozilla add-on the Web page but that didn't help either. What can I do now?

I have used Firefox on Android for years and at some point, it updated and all of a sudden none of my addons were compatible.

A couple of those were incredibly useful. For instance, I do not use the Facebook app, I only access it through the web. Until the change, I had a brilliant Facebook ad blocker that worked wonders. Now, that blocker will not work.

There is no alternative available (except to revert to using Chrome who did not ruin compatibility).

What have others done?

Hey guys, I'm using Leechblock NG on my firefox browser but everyone with access can just disable or remove the extension, there's a way to prevent this? Some way to block the remove/disable options in my extensions
