Hi,

I keep getting the red padlock but when I tap on it it says my connection is secure and when I tap on that it shows that I’m connected to HTTPS. What’s causing this? Is my connection exposed? When i shutdown and reopen the app the red padlock goes away but I'm confused as it says 'connection is secure' either way.

Ever since my IPad updated to iOS 17 I have had issues with Firefox crashing. I currently have iOS17.2 which fixed some other issues but not this issue. When it crashes and I go back in it will ask if I want to restore tabs, if I say no, then I get a new clean tab. However, the next time it crashes (which it will) and it asks to restore tabs, it restores tabs from the first time it crashed, not the current tabs I was on. I have deleted and reinstalled Firefox but it still crashes. And when I say it crashes it does it extensively, every time I go on Firefox. I’m sorry I don’t know the version of Firefox I have nor the operating system.

‘Pay with PayPal’ functionality on websites is broken for me and has been across updates of both Firefox and iPadOS for as long as I can remember at this point. I’m using an iPadPro running iOS 16.7.2 with Firefox for iOS version 120.4 (36613). When I’m checking out at e-commerce sites (e.g., J Crew), and I click on the PayPal button when selecting a form of payment, a new tab opens, but it’s literally blank — nothing even tries to connect or load. This happens across e-commerce sites. It doesn’t happen with Firefox on my PC/Windows laptop or on my iPad with other browsers (Chrome, Safari). I have tried everything that I can uninstall/reinstall, deactivate, or toggle, and nothing seems to fix this. I have cross-site tracking disabled in iOS. Some people have suggested that websites are not fully supporting Firefox any longer or that there is a problem with Firefox and Apple’s proprietary rendering engine. I’m really at the end of my wits about this. After having used Firefox faithfully since Netscape disappeared, I’m honestly on the verge of giving up. Please help.

Hello, Since a few versions ago when you access a bookmark in a bookmarks subfolder and then, after viewing the web page, you go back to bookmarks, you are always back to the top bookmarks folder instead of the last selected one. Does anyone know if this is a bug or if it is intended? Before that, you were always brought back to the last viewed subfolder, which was perfect. Is there plan to have this behavior back? My dark mode keeps switching back to light. And I’m not talking about pages that are white regardless. I’m referring to pages like my home page. I keep it set on dark mode all the time. And I keep have to switch from dark to light over and over again to fix it to fix other pages that are normally dark.

Where is the option to disable pull to refresh? This is so annoying when you are scrolling after entering form data just to have the page refresh and lose everything. This is the reason I stopped using Chrome. Where do I turn it off?

When I go to Bookmarks on Firefox for iOS the past couple days, as I scroll the list freezes - I have to reboot Firefox completely as it won’t let me open a link or click done to get out of Bookmarks. Any ideas? I restarted the phone already.

I am having major problems trying to get Firefox to run on my iPhone.

I use it as my primary browsers on my MacBook and all my bookmarks are syn from Safari.

On my iPhone Safari has been my only browsers

I have been trying to use Firefox but can NOT get Book Marks or passwords to load or transfer either from the iPhone safari or Mac Book FireFox

HELP this is crazy and must be an easy answer

I m using IOS , I went in to add a search engine bing and put it first space and it wouldn’t let me save and then I put bing.com in 2 space and click saved and it gave me error can’t remember The Who error but it did say put in %s and I did and nothing.. I appreciate any help

Recently when I opened my Firefox browser a message appeared on my home screen asking me to add a "search and Print recipe app. I did not want to do so but I could not get rid of it. After seeing the icon in Firefox bar in the upper I added it. It uses Yahoo as my search engine and I don't want the app or Yahoo. How do I get rid of it?

Please give us an option to DELETE or not show “recent bookmarks” in your browser. BTW I am a monthly contributor but this issue really needs to be addressed in iPad, iPhone formats.

Dears, I have a problem with my sync data on firefox, I had many important bookmarks and passwords but after changing windows they didn't restore my sync account, it's not the first time that I change my windows but this time my data didn't recover It would be highly appreciated if you help me with this. I’m trying to organize my open tabs, but they won’t stay in the order I put them in. They keep moving back to their “original” position. I updated to the most recent version of the app and restarted my phone, but the issue persists.
