When FF (113.0.1) is maximized clicking on the first (left hand) pinned tab does not open the tab. Hovering over the tab doesn't change the background color of the tab.

If I restore down the window, hovering over the tab changes the background color of the tab from light grey to a slightly darker grey and clicking the tab opens it.

One of the main reasons I use Firefox is the ability to enter the address bar and press "Tab" to go to the next option instead of pressing the down arrow like in some other browsers. The problem I'm encountering is when I want to get to something further down the list, it's all of the sudden tabbing to this little 3 dot menu that has "Remove from history" and "Learn More".

I use this feature a lot to visit past pages for researching, so I'm wondering is this 3 dot menu new? Is there a way to disable it? I've attached a screenshot to hopefully more clearly describe what I'm talking about.

This morning, I decided to delete one of my youtube channels that is associated with the same email account. I followed the instructions, but now when I try to go to youtube (to get to my main channel), I get an error that says" Oops Something went wrong". Seems no matte what I do in firefox, I can not get back there. So far I have done the following: Cleared cashe temporary files, and history in firefox, checked for updates in firefox, signed out of my google account, and back in. Shut down my pc and back on. None of these have helped. I went searching and could find no help, other than trying to log into youtube from a different browswer. I did so, and I can get on youtube from another browser, but I want to use firefox. Please help, and when I say help, please give it to me in simple terms that I can understand. I am old school, and I don't understand a lot of the new ways things are done. FYI, I use windows 11.

Can anyone finally explain to me how can I get rid of the most annoying Google pop up screen in my Mozilla browser? I am unable to find a straight answer, everyone is suggesting some sort of plugin that blocks popups but it didn't work for me.

I installed Firefox at work and set my personal email address as secondary to my business address. Well, I liked Firefox so much that I decided to use it at work and at home - and I removed my personal email from my business account. Unfortunately Firefox is still recognizing my personal email as the secondary address for my business account and I am completely incapable of making a new account. My bookmarks and saved passwords are all different between home and work. I NEED two individual accounts, just like how I was using my browsers with Chrome. t

In some websites I log into, password field is filling but username field is NOT.

When I read a pdf online it gets downloaded even though FF is set to always ask. When it asks I choose open with FF or open with Adobe Reader . Both downloads the file to my download folder. It doesn't ask what foder to download to even though I have FF set to ask where to download to in settings/general

I tried setting browser.download.improvements_to_download_panel to false as here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1370494 but it didn't help

Hi, Does anybody know why I cannot use an adblocker from TotalAv when I have used it in the past? Also, why is Firefox not able to connect to Virginmedia? or should I say virgin does not recognize firefox? Sorry to ask two questions at once.

The OS-wide feature for MacOS, text replacements does not work in Firefox. The replacements are great time-saving for me and for everyone who works with forms a lot.

This feature is the reason why I avoid using FF, my experience becomes very limited. Safari, Chrome and Opera all have this feature enabled.

Can this be enabled in FF?

I get a "Potential Security Risk" warning when trying to access a Spanish government website in order to download a digital signature (which is required for all interaction with government agencies, etc.) From what I've read, Firefox is blocking this site and there is no way to override this. Is that true? If this is the case, (although I have used Firefox forever) would it be advisable to switch to Chrome or some other browser? It is essential to be able to access this site. Thanks so much for help with this!

Hi There. I'm running Firefox and Thunderbird. I have a gmail account in FF but as of this morning I was unable to send/receive messages (rejected by server). I deleted the mail account and tried to reinstall it within FF (smtp), but no go, I get a splash page from google asking to sign into google - that times out - although I was already signed into Google.

In my google settings I've cleared cache, history and enabled to accept all cookies. I am able to access my gmail account directly from gmail, but not through FF. I uninstalled/reinstalled FF. What am I missing?

Every time I do a search for services "near me" (hospitals, hotels, etc.), Firefox is using an out-of-date five-year-old location. Very frustrating! How can I change this? Anyone's help is much appreciated - I just haven't been able to find a link to help me fix it!

Xfinity Support directed me here, since I can connect to email with MS Edge on same desktop (Windows10) and laptop(Windows11) and via mail apps on smartphones/tablets. Hadn't experienced before today, 5/19/2023.

Trying to understand why Amazon has become unresponsive using Firefox. I am not experiencing this on Edge. I prefer Firefox and I am on Amazon a lot, so I would like to resolve the problem.

Are there any additional steps I can take to analyze/diagnose the problem?

FIrefox v113 on MacOS converts every keystroke entry in Wordle into a FIND command to search the web page for that character. The Wordle site is: https://www.nytimes.com/games/wordle/index.html. Safari handles Wordle perfectly. This problem seems to have begun with Firefox v113. Please give it a try and tell me what to modify. Problems occurs even when I restart Firefox with all add-on extensions disabled.

FF is deleting my ability to log into my bank every day and I have to ask for a code to enter bank website. It also deletes the registration of my computer on bank website and have to re-register daily with the new code. This just started happening last 7-10 days

Every time I try to login to a different page my firefox crashes.

I also did get the attached message, wasn't forsure if this was apart of the issue?

I have tried to dump the preferences, clear cache, restart, clear history.
