Hi, I am using Linux Zorin and have updated to a later OS but cannot reinstall my stored files because, "/home/garry/.mozilla/firefox/0czvkt76.default-release/lock". Which has confused me, I have used a Deja Dup backup which uses Duplicity files as per the Zorin programme. Duplicate files are stored in a WD ext hard drive. What can I do to recover my files pls? why do you stalk and bother the users? i do not want to update! without warning you alter things i do not want you to alter. you take things out so people have to use risky 3rd party addons.

Over the past day or so, I keep having trouble accessing my MetaMask wallet. I just get a spinning wheel and I never get to the "enter password" field.

I reinstalled MM several times, I cleared my cookies and cache. Any idea why this keeps happening?

I hope someone can help! My Firefox account was hacked as was the email connected to it. I currently have no access to the primary email. I thought I added a secondary email, but I never got a password reset email so maybe I didn't. In any event, how can I contact Firefox to lock the account? I have a lot of sensitive information saved and I need that to be locked or better yet, erased.

I have 2 yahoo email accounts. 1 on Chrome & "block Spam" works but on FF it does not. The same fake emails keep coming back and I can't add a screenshot to this.

I tried to get a Account recovery key. When I enter the password it responds that it it is not correct. This is the password I have for my account. Why is this happening?

Yesterday I noticed that my saved passwords were not being retrieved from Firefox. I did do a Windows update before this happened. None of my passwords are able to be retrieved. My Firefox account says my sync is not working & that my account is disconnected. Which is weird bc I'm actually signed in to Firefox now - able to see my user name. What's going on here & how can I fix it? Thanks!

Hi community, i have a problem with OneDrive and i want to troubleshoot some possibilities.

Outlook.com, Office.com and every other website loads in Firefox. But only the OneDrive website refuses to load. I tried it in Microsoft Edge and there it loads. The service is definitly up and running.

So i have the suggestion that the exented tracking protection might be the reason for OneDrive not loading.

How can i be sure if the tracking protection is the problem? Has OneDrive so many trackers? I mean it is Microsoft, of course it has. But how would this prevent the site from loading?

Why do I get blocked from certain websites? for example, when I try to log on to my account as USPS I get the following message: You do not have permission to access this page If you have found this page in error, please contact support Reference:2935806335620971961367312269849628258120034968299102359

Something recently changed in Firefox and/or Google Mail. Now I am always asked to sign in to Google Mail. The solution for this problem in Chrome is to allow all cookies. I tried that, after clearing Cache, allow all cookies in Chrome but I am still asked to sign in to Google.Mail. I also removed all by Block, Delete cookie Add-ons in Firefox but it's still asking me to sign in to Google.Mail. What fixes this?

When my Norton VPN is turned on, I get the following error message when I try to access Staples.com. This does not happen in Edge or Chrome.

My name's Jack Murphy. I have a recommendation for a feature on Firefox, but I'm also building my portfolio as an entry-level software engineer.

So, the improvement Firefox needs to make is that a special character needs to be inserted in the 'randomised password' feature. It's a very useful feature, but more websites are requiring a special character alongside uppercase/lowercase letters, and numbers. For a couple of websites now I've had to add in a special character myself to the auto-generated password, and then save the result.

It would be quite an easy fix. I would love to get involved in making that fix, if the relevant part is open-source. However, as there are security considerations, it might not be....

If not it's still worth getting in touch!
