My Firefox is very slow compared to other browsers I use. Chrome for example. It takes much longer to load a web page, especially my home page compared to Chrome. What could be causing the long wait time to load web pages? Can someone help? Thank you.

I've been having this annoying popup about XULRunner encountering an error. From what I've read, XULRunner is a legacy integration with Firefox. Sure enough, I see Mozilla Firefox installed. But un-installing it doesn't help. Soon, it is re-installed, and the error comes back. I have a feeling that some application is using XULRunner and Firefox as a component, but I don't know what it could be. Is there any way to find out, and stop that application from installing Firefox and XULRunner? Or at least getting its problem fixed?

ALL my add-ons and themes are suddenly disabled (bookmarks, etc & all else seem to be normal) - I have so many add-ons I can't remember which were enabled & which were disabled. Is there not a way to just restore them/Firefox back to the way it was?

When I try to login in to websites (example Calm Radio) the Submit or Log In type of buttons don't activate. It does not hang or go into a spinning loop, no blank screen, etc. Just acts like there is no followup action to execute. The same buttons work on Edge or Chrome on the same computer. I have attached a screenshot as an example.

I have faced lots of times this problem. When I go to visit any new tab or new site in Google then captcha comes in front of me, after that, I fill in the captcha but the problem is not solved, it will take 15-20 minutes to go to my visiting pages, it's too much time-consuming. Please solve this problem.

I have a problem when I read a specific webpage and firefox jumps to the end of the webpage. This happens with one specific webpage, a Swiss newspaper: call www.nzz.ch - Now, select one of the articles but in the following way: do a right-click on the title of the article and select "open in new tab". (This is important: it does not happen if you left click on the article and open it in the actual tab.) Now you have the article in a new tab, you begin reading it and slowly scroll down using the mouse wheel. But then, with the slightest scroll back (upwards), firefox will jump to the end of the web page. All you can do is go back (ctl+upward arrow) and look for the place where you have been. Once this has happened, firefox will no longer scroll to the end of the page, you can scroll up and down, and everything works fine. But if you close the tab and open this or another article again with right-click, open in new tab, you have the insane effect again. I have no idea how I could analyze this myself and am thankful for help.

I cannot log in to my American Airlines account on Firefox, but login process works perfectly in Microsoft Edge. Why is that??

I've always used Firefox without signing up on it and I've had no issues, but now that I have signed up my history never saves. Every time I close Firefox the history completely resets (It's only the history, all other data gets saved). There was 1 time in the beginning where my history suddenly restored itself, but I wasn't able to replicate that since.

When I use ZOOM, the Video does not work. I see the gray lock image not my face.

I have Windows 11, and a Lenovo DESKTOP-S7TI8GU. Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 . 64 bit OS. How do I fix this problem? - Christine

here is the run down of this problem and how to fix it over and over and over its not really fix its a work around...

first things first Version 129.0.2 64bit problem is on both linux and windows 10/11 problem is the same on both having addons installed does not seems to matter as it seems this a problem with firefox it self and devs have bin ignoring it for a long time it seems

so what happens open a page open in new tab or just following a link (google or other search engine etc) page loads fully select text and right click to open context menu copy is greyed out and does not work work around switch tab and just switch back right click to open context menu copy it not greyed out anymore and can now be used

this happens at 100% rate works around always works but that is not a fix to this problem

ctrl+c works but context menu copy still show's greyed out

problems seems to happen even on a clean install of firefox windows or linux

and to test it even more i just reinstalled windows and arch linux on my laptop (it need a good clean up) so there was not last over date in appdata or program data on windows and the same on linux nothing was save there was no account logged in to sync data/settings

just to check if im not going insane here i installed chorme load the same page's copy on context menu always works

When I open https://www.bluemountain.com/ the login is a popup. Firefox remembers my log in and when I click "Sign In" nothing happens. This worked fine up to the last Firefox update. Blue Mountain tells me it is some sort of security issue.

I was trying to download ledger live from an official site when I noticed Firefox had twice tried and failed to download an old version of the tor browser I downloaded a long time ago.

A few hours before this happened my pc froze for a minute.

I'm not sure if I have malware on my device or if this is Firefox acting up. My antivirus scan shows nothing.

I want to be able to click and drag the URL from the address bar into Excel. (I can do this on other browsers with no issue.)

I want it to display, e.g.: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop/form and not Get Support | Mozilla Support

I can right-click, copy, paste, but it's laborious when I'm used to click and drag! Can anyone help, please?
