Hello everyone,

I manage the website for Vriddhi Foundation, a Nasha Mukti Kendra in Sonipat. Recently, I noticed that our website loads perfectly in Chrome and Microsoft Edge, but in Mozilla Firefox some pages either load very slowly or don't display correctly. In a few cases, images fail to load and the layout looks broken, which affects the user experience.

I have already cleared the browser cache, disabled extensions, and tested the website on different devices, but the issue still exists only in Firefox. Since many visitors use Firefox to access our website, I'm concerned that this problem may affect enquiries and website performance.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Firefox? Are there any browser settings, compatibility checks, or developer tools I should use to identify and fix the problem? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm signed up and I get a window that says, to turn on VPN, Click the Turn On button. When I click VPN near the upper right corner of the browser, I see only a Get Started button, no Turn On button. If I click the Get Started button, it re-opens the window that indicates I'm signed in and tells me to click the Turn On button, again.

Can you assist?

I am using Firefox on Linux Ubuntu 26.04. I normally work with multiple tabs. Then I quit Firefox with all tabs open at the point of quitting. Some times on the rare occasion there can be a forced quit due to some issues. In my settings I have configured it not to open the previous tabs. In fact I want a blank page. But whenever I reopen Firefox, it opens those tabs and tries to reload which is annoying. Some of these pages take a long time to reload, and why would I want to look at tabs which I already have read. Or if it crashes due to some website on a tab why reopen something that crashed in the place ? Can you fix this. Thanks.

What have you done to the Settings feature? It's a mess with those weird little icons on the side. I am just trying to figure out why my tabs keep closing on me. I can have about six tabs open with intention of going back to them, and then..poof.. they disappear. I went into Settings to see what I might have changed but I can't figure this out.

I cannot recall my keepass password. I used my fingerprint to access. I put my password in keepass with it showing up when I opened the app but the app is all wonky in an endless deathloop and I cannot use my finger to access the database. What can I do?

Before facebook using reCAPTCHA I can easily logo in my Facebook and Instagram account, but now I always failed to pass the reCAPTCHA， I report this to Meta no good reply. Only today I did the reCAPTCHA and then got a reminder that facebook cannot detect the reCAPTCHA. I still cannot logo on to my facebook and instagram account due to reCAPTCHA. How can I solve this problem. Thx

Hello, In FF 152.0.5 (aarch64) on macOS 26.5.2, I am noticing that every website that has a checkbox in a form does not work the way it should. The only indication that the box is checked is a slight "highlight" around the edge of the box, nothing actually in the box. See attached screenshot from the USPS website.

Also, the NO checkbox wasn't even visible until I clicked the area next to it. It was just blank.

I've seen this for set-up pages for WordPress plugins and on standard contact forms (using CF7 plugin) where the checkboxes so very little or no interaction to the user at all.

Grant it, I know now what to look for and how to use these. But any standard user is going to be absolutely confused by this unintended (I Hope) browser behavior.

When I login to Google, I'm usually asked to do more than 1 catcha. Sometimes, they continue until I can't do any more and use Google Chrome. I have poor eyesight, and this is getting very annoying.

Hello I have lost my ability to access my gmail account(canadettes@gmail.com) immediately after somehow I now have to deal with Outlook!!!

I am having trouble getting to 2 sites. When I try to access my bank I get a "this site blocked" message. when I try to access dteenergy.com I get a " server not available" message. If I turn VPN off I can get to both sites. If I turn VPN off I can get to both sites.

after the last Firefox update the zynga game Farmville 2 will not load. It gives me a screen to fix mentioning chrome..but all efforts to manually fix referencing Firefox have failed. Odd that I can load the plain Zyngagames.com on Edge but it seems they too only load a "local" game that is not connected to any network. Help also mentions to make sure I allow to redirect but that "Options" feature to do so is not there. In fact it seems like the Firefox menu system is even much different and expanded. I will add the screens I have tried etc. Pop ups are allowed, turned off enhanced etc. but cannot find any reference to "third party redirects" Any suggestions are appreciated.

How do I stop this page from coming up several times a day. I have already set FireFox as my default browser, several times, but to no avail. I've careful followed your instructions. I dislike MS and have used FF for years. If this doesn't stop, I'll search for another browser that hopefully behave. I have set it on 4 computers, 2 Win 10, 2 Win 11.

By the way, the computers show FireFox twice, but only one actual installation.
