Today May 1, I noticed that any website that shows a recaptcha checkbox, including the google recaptcha demo (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo) only shows an infinite spinner in firefox v125.0.3. I've tried the same sites in chrome and edge and the recaptcha works fine. In FF, I have cleared my cache, disabled tracking protection, disabled anti-virus and tried troubleshooting mode - still get the infinite spinner. Last week, I had no problems with recaptcha.

Until yesterday everything was fine. I was able to complete recaptcha. But when I tried searching something today, I couldn't do it because of the recaptcha. It was stuck on infinite loading. Every website I visited the problem was there. I tried fixing it from the tips I found in the forum here but nothing seems to work. I was frustrated. Then I tried Brave browser and it was working. Please help me fix this problem. Thank you.

Whenever i encounter a reCAPTCHA, and click "i am not a robot", the wheel keeps spinning and spinning and spinning. I never get to the screen where i have to verify images or a check mark. Just started happening randomly.

I've spent hours searching. Tried every single solution-new profile, erased firefox and reinstalled, troubleshoot mode, firefox refresh, turned tracking protection off, changed network settings, reset wifi adapter, you name it i tried it. I need to get past reCAPTCHA's for work. Getting so frustrated. Please help!

One important point-the only other browser i have on my laptop is Microsoft edge and it' works perfectly on Edge!

I have tried all fixes suggested by others reporting similar problems with previous versions, but this was noticeable for me yesterday afternoon right after some downtime and the latest version (for me) of Firefox was installed. Every time I try to use a site requiring recaptcha, the wheel spins and I get no choice to log in. I've cleared cookies and my cache, refreshed Firefox, etc. Nothing works.

The 125.0.2 update broke Amazon Prime Video. Firefox refuses to play ANY video, causes website to return a "That shouldn't have happened" error page. Prime Video plays just fine on Safari 16.6.1, macOS 11.7.10. Amazon says just to use Safari, but I want Firefox to work right.

Google ReCaptcha is not working on literally all websites. Once I click on checkbox "I'm not a robot" It gets stuck on infinite loop. Although working on Mac OS in Firefox and Chrome or any other browsers. The issue is primarily with Windows version

Hi, I have been using firefox for many years and never showed me an UAC popup requiring permissions to update firefox as soon as i clicked the firefox icon in the taskbar. Today suddenly required it. I am administrator in windows 10, and have automatic updates enabled as always. I am using 125.0.3 (64-bit) version. This could be a bug or a virus? i am worried that could have given permission to a virus to install something else when i pressed the firefox icon.

I have been having problems with Firefox on my Desktop-PC for about a week now: I am almost always shown another tab with an error message (an new tab with allways the same content) in addition to the website that is regularly called up and also works:

It doesn't matter which regular website I call up - it also happens when I call up the Mozilla Firefox page.

It is as if my website call is executed twice: once normally and everything is displayed correctly. And once as an extra tab with an alleged page loading error where the connection has failed.

How can I prevent these additional tabs with the error message from constantly popping up and being displayed? I have not made any other settings and Firefox has always worked perfectly so far. It doesn't happen with Google Chrome, for example - so it's not my PC.

Can you help me?

Hello, since the latest version of Firefox, as always, it breaks now if I want to enter instantgaming or it does not enter no matter how much I click on enter or in kinguin.net, when it asks me for the recapcha, it stays in an infinite loop and does not show the images. .

I have done safe mode and installed firefox from 0 and nothing, it is tedious that at this point a browser that has been having this type of problems for years because in opera, edge they do not give me these errors, it is tiring to always have to have a browser that fails due to anything.

Since a day or two the font size on my Menu Bar is way too small. I have been searching around and the solutions are not working or not what I want. I do not want to zoom in, I want my page size to remain the same, I only need the font size on the menu bar back to what it was. I tried the userChrome.css method and it did not work

When I load www.foxnews.com a popup box comes up and says to view the news to turn off my ad blocker, and then makes the site inoperable. I can't find an ad blocker so I'm thinking I might have a security setting wrong. I can view the website in Chrome with no problem. Any help is appreciated. Gary

Okay, I am unable to get into my bank online even after doing steps to fix Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR checking the site, it says this is at firefoxes end

When I open Firefox on my new computer all the bookmarks are showing at the top. I only want my default bookmark toolbar to show. The only solution I could find was to drag it into the toolbar area.

I've noticed lately that my Firefox keeps freezing and hanging up at random periods for no apparent reason. I have very few plugins and it even happens with them all disabled and removed. I've tried resetting Firefox to default everything yet it makes no difference.

Also I can not clear history. I've tried multiple different clear history plugins but none of them work at all. And when I try the traditional way of clearing Firefox history the window pops up and then the entire browser just freezes while 'clearing' and never gives me back control, I have to force quit and restart to regain control. And then when I relaunch the history is still not cleared!

So aside from the constant lagging and lockups it seems that any attempt to delete history whether using the inbuilt function or adding plugins messes up the whole browser.

Googling this issue it seems others are having the exact same problem with Firefox and yet any suggested solutions (reset browser) don't seem to be working for may of them.. Or me.

What happened to "recent bookmarks"??? I is no longer available....why???? I need it back, as I used it all the time and my bookmarks were very easy to locate. Now I have no idea where a bookmark is, that was even bookmarked an hour ago.
