I have been using Firefox and GoToMeeting for years, suddenly this month (July 2023) I get the following message when I try to open a GoToMeeting session”

“Sorry, this browser isn’t supported. Join in your browser by opening the link below in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.”

I don’t want to use either of those browsers.

What can I do to keep both Firefox and GoToMeeting?

tell me whether i can find a window i closed today having multiple tabs, using "history" and recently closed tabs/windows (both). i especially want to be able to restore the tab for Institute for the Study of War and its companions. i hope you are warm and rested.

to do my regular research, i have lost three or four (or more) windows with multiple tabs, as a result of my reorganizing tabs. i think of each window with one of its tabs, so these would be, "Emma Loop" (which includes all federal court districts tabs and related info); "Kyle Griffin" (which includes various journalist/news tabs); "emptywheel" (which includes various journalist/news tabs); and other such similar windows whose name ID i don't remember.

restore scares me because it will apply to bookmarks.

i recently began migrating from twitter to mastadon, and wanted to add my regular tabs to mastadon. i moved tabs to keep track, but it seems the tab's parent windows disappeared. i cannot be more clear, because i had a total of about 15 windows with multiple tabs EACH. i regularly exited the program to install updates and because of my settings, all the windows/tabs were saved correctly. this is a great feature.

it takes time to create a window with multiple tabs, and i don't have much of a brain, so it's hard for me to learn new stuff. maybe we can work together to clarify what i need. i just want my "lost" windows/tabs to return to the others so i can continue going forward. i blame this guy - the "new twitter owner" - who has even made changes to UKRAINIANS' account performances. thank you.

Hi, I have spent hours this morning trying to diagnose a problem with Firefox Update 115. It is Unstable and I can't Stream Music from Youtube or even Amazon Music. Web pages from sites I use everyday are out of order when displaying text as well. It's a real mess. Now, here's the kicker, I haven't been able to stream my music from both aforementioned websites, but get this, if I use the Incognito Browser, Music streams No Problem. Seems like you guys broke something in the main FF browser. I have spent hours trying to debug this and have concluded that your most recent Update has broken streaming links. I can't rollback the Update and that is even more frustrating. Please Fix This. BTW, your Help Pages really stink. Sorry, but they offer no help when the problem is clearly FF. I am using Firefox 108.0.2(32bit) on a Windows 7 computer. Within the last three weeks two sites Menards.com & aarp.org have become blocked by security rules: Menards by Incapsula & AARP by Imperva. All other websites I currently visit work fine as did these before. I've cleared cache and cookies and "forget these websites" in history. This solves the problem for the first page on Menards.com but any link-click and the problem returns. This also cleared the AARP website but I cannot log in to my account there nor access some of the other clickable links. I can access these websites fine on other computers on this network using Firefox. This computer will access those two sites using the portable chrome browser but not the installed Tor browser. This computer will not access these sites using a VPN or with AVG disabled. I've toggled a few DNS and HTTP settings with no effects. For a year, the only thing I noticed different from this computers and the others is that this one continues to allow Java to be updated whereas the others are unable to download its update. Could that be the problem? Why these are the only two websites that seem to be affected is the baffling part. Menards has thanked me but has not gotten back and AARP wants me to reinstall my operating system. Thanks for any help you may suggest.

I cannot access certain email documents because my pop up is blocked. I have tried a number of searches as to where to disable the pop up for firefox but keep hitting dead ends.

Since Firefox for Windows upgraded to 105 the Wordle web site fails to work - it displays the grid at the bottom of the window with no scroll possibility & it displays that even when a correctly working browser displays my statistics.

The website works correctly on other browser (Chrome & Edge), on Firefox for Android and on Firefox for Windows 104 (luckily I had a machine which hadn't been on for a few weeks and therefore was no up to date).

On this site: https://www.orange.pl/twojekonto/zaloguj I can't force firefox to remember username (no problem with remembering password on next step). In older Firefox without WebEx there was addon which allowed to manipulate forms to prepare proper autocompletion data. This addon is not supported with WebEx anymore due to lack of proper functions. Instead Firefox Dev Team claims that mechanism built in current Firefox is enough for such tasks and mentioned addons are not needed. Seems it is wrong thinking.

I tried different approaches to save username for mentioned site but without success.

I have followed the fixes. It will work after I "Refresh Firefox" but goes back to not working again. Should I reinstall Firefox? How do I add this site to the exceptions? Thank you

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

   Try again later.
   Check your network connection.
   If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.

Hi there , I am interested to know if Mozilla support group is aware of the problem Microsoft update KB4474419 causes? I am running widows 7 sp1. I installed the update as you mentioned in your Firefox 100 release notes. After reboot , I got a beep and a black screen - win 7 won't start. I had to find a way to delete the update so I could boot my system back. I asked few of my colleagues that use the same OS and they experienced the exact same problem. Surfing the web , makes it quite clear - this update is faulty and not compatible with win 7 as Microsoft claims. I would like to get a straight answer - can I update my FF99 to FF100 , without the notorious KB4474419 , or , as of FF100 , win7 sp1 is no longer applicable to Firefox ? Thanks. look4

I have 2 profiles in use. 1 for personal use with their respective bookmarks, passwords, and extensions, and I have no trouble syncing with this one. However; profile 2 that is for work use that has its respective bookmarks, passwords and extensions, has become a nightmare.

It happens that I have both profiles on the same computer and when trying to create an account in Firefox, the system asks me to enter the email registered in profile 1, with the warning that bookmarks, passwords and extensions will be mixed.

I mention that I have migrated from Google Chorme to Firefox for speed reasons and because I use windows 7 (I don't like later versions) Now well; in Google Chrome you could create as many sessions as were registered but in Firefox you can't.

Oh! I have been working fine with Firefox but suddenly an error occurs (it has happened to me 2 times in the last 2 months) in which the program closes and all the data of my profiles stored on the pc DISAPPEARS or is deleted (including cache), when I want to open them again:

Then I have to give myself the task of synchronizing profile 1, but profile 2 I have to be importing from my previous Google account or importing a backup Bookmark.

The option to copy and paste the data from Firefox to replace it in the path (supposedly brings with it the data of everything):

with Firefox turned off it has not worked for me. Since when opening I see 2 profiles called Default "X" and Default "Z" without data.

This is a headache that if it happens to me, it happens to millions who have 2 or more profiles.

Why can't I sync a second profile? Why do you insist that there can only be one sync per device? Is there a solution for this?

Note: I have read all the tutorials out there and the situation remains the same. Synchronization with 2 or more profiles is never described.

I've been on the net since probably 1995, working in the computer industry. I buy a lot of items on the web, especially Ebay. I like to save the entire listing at the time I bought the item. Why, because listings change and it's frustrating. This way I have the full page in my Documents folder. Over the years, I've been running into problems with save Web Page Complete. More times then not it Fails, no reasons, just the little download icon goes red and it failed. That's how I know...I have read other support questions, but nothing other than a screen shot is recommended...Ugh. how can one screen shot save a page that scrolls in my browser for many pages...

So Why Do complete web pages fail to save?

Why are there no Descriptive Errors?

Is there something I can do to ensure I get this feature working again, reliably that is;-)

Hi. Since FF v103 it seems, when working with a VPN, and then trying to use also a browser extension VPN, it either does not or does not connect until after 45s. Before it was immediate. It works in all other browsers (incl FF before v103). So this is a recent change in FF that harms normal VPN connections. I found out by trial and error, that changing the port of the VPN extension to 443 and disabling and enabling the extension and going back to v103 from v103.0.1 helped, but that should not be like that. So something has been broken in the latest v103.0.1 - please kindly look into it. Thank you!

The web page, for my bank, won`t open. I have been using their web page, for a number of years. When I go to the web page, and try to login, all I get is a screen, with a circle, that keep circling, as if it were buffering, and never gets to the login page. Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome seem to work, but not Firefox. My bank is Security Bank Of Kansas City. https://secure.securitybankkc.com/login

After FTP upload, jpg images are displayed rotated in FireFox-Browser (111.0.1 - 32-Bit). In IE looks OK. The website is built with dreamweaver 8.0. What can I do?
