using Firefox 102.0.1 (64-bit) on a 2010 Mac High Sierra 10.13.6. Clicking on boxes in web forms do not show choice made, both in my medical mychart app, as well as the USPS web app. What gives? Good afternoon. My name is Tito, I had a lot of logins and passwords for the most of the sites saved in the firefox passwords. I went to another country for vacation and for some reason i lost all of my saved logins. Is there anyway to recover it. one of the advantages of having saved logins nowadays, and because all the passwords get more complex is to save it and in case we forgot we can always check it.. is there anyway i can recover it?? Can't open eBay links via Firefox i.e., "contact seller", "view other items", "visit store". Google Chrome works. Have disabled enhanced tracking on eBay in Firefox. I'm very frustrated. It's been happening for a couple months.

Hello, I've been unable to access google mail/drive recently, w error code SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER and certificate issuer CISCO. i don't have any antivirus software, I've tried resetting the proxy, clearing cache, reinstalling Firefox, nothing works. If this continues I'll have to definitely move to another browser - with which I have no problem accessing those sites... Help please? Thanks

I used to be able to get on Amazon with no problems using Firefox. Lately, the website is all chopped up. Blue words with underlining appears on the pages. I can view Amazon just fine under Safari.

Recently, unable to Open Microsoft Outlook email using Firefox 100.0.1 (updated June 10th, 2022). Able to open in Safari. Prior to this incident no problem with opening Outlook.

"delete cookies and site data when firefox is closed" now gets checked against my will. i'm not checking it and have never had it set to do that. this is wasting tons of time for me, resetting my shortcuts and signing in to sites that are a pain in the ass to sign in to (specifically bandcamp). other settings get changed also, but not all of them, and my personal info remains. but a lot of time is also wasted correcting all the settings that have changed behind my back. this started happening within the past week. i've changed nothing.

it's not when i turn my computer off. i had to reset everything 2 days ago, but when i got home yesterday and turned my computer on it was working properly - settings intact. i used it for several hours, went to bed, turning the internet off, as i always do, and leaving pine player on. (it's not pine player causing the problem. i wasn't using it the other times) the computer never went into sleep mode, as per my settings... but after turning the internet back on this morning and opening firefox my settings are changed again.

Ever since upgrading to Firefox 107.0, I'm denied access to select website, some of which are corporate websites such as Nokia and others. The latest occurrence had the following reference no#:

If I employ other browsers like Safari or Brave, I'm able to successfully access both this page and others which are restricted on Firefox. So, what might be causing this to happen? Firefox is my preferred browser, therefore I'd like to find a fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I recently switched to WordPress for site hosting, and set up their Titan email. It's worked fine for the first couple weeks, but yesterday after I did a routine clear cache and cookies, my email became a blank white page. The URL looks correct. Have spent several hours with WP help to no solution. Email works fine in Chrome, and all other WP functions are fine in Firefox.

I had multiple tabs open on firefox that I needed to check before closing. I had to restart my computer and so I closed the window, knowing that I could restore the session after the restart. However, after closing it, I realized there was another pop-up firefox window that I hadn't noticed - meaning, the multiple tabs window I closed wouldn't be saved for restoring later. I am wondering if there is a way to access that multiple tabs window now. I know I could go and check on history to collect my tabs, but these are tabs that I left open over months and it's almost impossible to find them by scrolling through months of history. Thank you!
