Is there a way that I can recover my New Tab page setup (just the new tab page) from a Macrium Reflect backup of my OS disk? I recently did some cleanup that cratered my FireFox profile (developer and beta also). I would like to somehow recover just the New Tab page setup from the os backup. Any solution? The Update to 108.0.1 succeeded, but the partial process for "sync" still shows as partway. Must've clicked that item by mistake, and then killed it after seeing the scope--since I don't use a smartphone., etc., anyway!

We should be cautioned that this 108.0.1 upgrade is a complicated one. At midnight I just wanted to do a SIMPLE update (release notes listed just one item), shut it off and hit the sack --not be swamped with all the myriad new choices and features to learm! --as I now see.

Someone broke into my firefox. A ex friends through into my face stuff she could only know if she or someone broke into my firefox history.

I deleted firefox browser on both my android and pc's and am brokenhearted because I checked it and it brought back memories going back to 2011.

I want this person who did this for her. The broke into my google, laptop, pc. She's pretty and rediculuos manipulitieve.

I've tried tech guys, computer stores, web sites. They want me delete everything and start over. I don't want to loose decades of memories. I have a vpn and they keep breaking into my phone and pc's.

Is there a goverment contractor worker that does this stuff on the side? I want to find them. I bought Audibles and Kindles on dark web to see if anyone there can help, and will read for next 10 years if I have to in order to find them. Need suggestion.

The problem today is with the CA FTB website https://webapp.ftb.ca.gov/MyFTBAccess/Login/AccessYourAccount, I reset the firefox security setting to standard and emptied the cookies and cache. Didn't help. Edge has no problem with the site. There have been other sites with problems lately too such as the login to Vanguard online accounts which logs in, but some features on the site don't work. I don't like Edge, but I'm having to use it too often lately. I believe these problems came up within the last few months. Do you need any further information with which to troubleshoot?

Firefox on Win10 has lost all of my logins. I tried launching a new profile, but no good. In the settings "logins.json" has become "logins.json.corrupt" and renaming it does nothing. The Firefox on my two android devices still have the logins intact is there a way to send them to the Windows version?

I have tried many recommendations to control the bookmark spacing in firefox 108.0.2. I prefer to have single spacing, which is much more convenient than the wider spacing which now exists. Although many "workarounds" exist, none work to change this problem in the latest version. Why is this problem so difficult to resolve? It worked before and I trusted that it would work again after updating from the last version where it did work. This change is very disappointing.

Today try scrolling facebook on microsoft edge, and I don't have any problems. Then I try with my firefox, without any add-ons, and problem fixed. Did any add-ons doing problems with scrolling facebook? Please help. I've been trying every solution I've seen online to correct this but nothing works. I get that error message saying I'm offline with YouTube. Only on Firefox browser. I've turned off my add blockers and other add-ons but nothing helps. I've refreshed Firefox, dumped cookies etc. I'm running windows 10 and always get the latest version of Firefox. I use YouTube for my video entertainment instead of TV and am becoming extremely aggravated. Thank You, C.J. Johnson.

For the past month or so, I've been experiencing frequent Firefox crashes.

They most often happen when I've just opened a page in a new tab, it's painted, and I make the first input trying to interact with it: all tabs will stay rendered and viewable, but otherwise unresponsive. But now they're also happening when Firefox is in the background. The frequency is about once or twice per day, with heavy use.

I'm using Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS (jammy) with all packages up to date, the linux-oem-22.04 kernel package (currently 5.17.0-1025-oem), and Firefox installed via snap. The crash reports contain full details, of course, but the only thing I can think of that's especially "unusual" is that the 1Password extension has been misbehaving for a while (but it's been since long before these crashes began).

My system has 64GB of RAM, which is rarely more than 15% in use.

I am blocked from viewing many links to my paid subs behind their firewalls. When I copy and paste the URL to edge it is viewable. Or is it the firewall owners fault? Should I accept this as a feature of Firefox or should I go exclusively to Edge?

I just moved to W11 and Google Calendar is messed up. The Calendar portion is fine but there appears to be extraneous bleed through in other areas. I tried icognito but that did not help. When I use Chrome the Calendar is fine.

Site only loads in 'safe' mode. Will not load otherwise - how can I find error?

I'm not anywhere close to understanding how to change anything (not technology-suave) so need BIG help on getting rid of ad popups when I'm on email account!

I love Firefox and until lately (before I had to replace my old STOLEN laptop with a new one) and using Yahoo... I have been plagued with hundreds of popup ads! Don't like GOOGLE... think they may be BIG BROTHER!

Using Firefox v108 Win10.

When I do a search on eBay I get a search result page. Everything is fine.

The problem is, when I click on an item to get details, the address bar shows an exclamation mark on the lock icon. The message says, "Connection not secure. Parts of this page are not secure (like images)." It continues to say, your connection to this site is not private. Information you submit could be viewed y others (like passwords, messages, credit cards, etc.) "Your connection is not private and information you share with the site could be viewed by others."

No way am I using eBay like this. Date and time are good, cleared cache and restarted numerous times, rebooted modem/router couple times and ran cCleaner. The home page and search pages are ok. The problem is when I click on an item to get details.

Microsoft Edge works fine. I don't get the exclamation mark on the lock icon or the security message when using Edge. Called eBay and they said everything is ok but put in a work order... been months and never heard back from them. Comments/suggestions?

Help! After the last beta update (109.0b3, build #2015922923) more than half of my bookmarks disappeared! They are also gone from the regular Firefox, after update 108.1.1, build #2015922907! Any way to recall?
