Firefox on Win10 has lost all of my logins. I tried launching a new profile, but no good. In the settings "logins.json" has become "logins.json.corrupt" and renaming it does nothing. The Firefox on my two android devices still have the logins intact is there a way to send them to the Windows version?

Do you have Firefox Sync setup on your android devices? If so, you can login into your Firefox Sync on your desktop and sync all your data that way.

Did you check the logins.json.corrupt file to see if if contains logins and not binary characters like null bytes?

You can install the About Sync extension in Firefox 72 and newer on desktop to check what data is stored on the Sync server via the about:sync page provided by this extension.

Close and restart Firefox to access the about:sync page added by this extension (see the about:about page for possible about pages).
